It was as if he locked himself away deep in his own dungeon designed to be his personal asylum with only him being the resident inside, bound in tight chains and forced to sit in his own filth, with the public persona he wore being the warden. We cut in to right after the circus freak burnt it down in a fit of rage and built back up a circus by herself, with her new crew and cast. she gives each member of the circus a mask with flowers on it, and most of them get a "role" as the circus freak meets new people, the haunting memories of the beloved jester rings through her mind, and she cant escape the fact that in the end, she's the freak of the show, and she's all she has left.

December 24th, xxxx 23:30 "I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry." I mutter to myself. I glance past the edge of the couch I am hiding behind. I can't see anything. It's just black, a dark nothingness. It's so empty, I can feel myself being swallowed up by it. Then I see it, a sudden movement by the hallway. It is so small I almost missed it. There in the hall is a Jack-in-a-box. A child's toy. Harmless. I knew otherwise. I knew that if I wanted to survive the night, I would have to stay far away from the plaything.
