A lot could happen in a year. After being accepted as an International Exchange Student in a US Program, Disney Elena's journey to her American dream life continues to take flight as she is given a chance to live in the Emerald City-Seattle, Washington-for her senior year in High School. She is placed under a very welcoming host family's care-the Kauffmans-except for their cold and rebellious son, Jean-Wolf Coen. What Elena thought to be a memorable and fun experience becomes a challenging journey when she both faces the famous "Seattle Freeze" and Coen's unwelcoming attitude towards her.
