their paths have crossed many times but they never noticed. pilots in separate squads, brought together by a shortage of skilled pilots. dunkirk. that was their stop. she was following in her father's footsteps of becoming a pilot. she traded her high end life in london for a life at high altitude, being the housewife stereotype is something she isn't about to let get in her way of becoming a professional pilot. the second world war bought her may opportunities to showcase her flying skills and although it may be a bit different from the first one, the planes fly the same way. he is from a little scottish harbour village called mallaig. he's the only one from the village to get involved with the war, everyone called him crazy and said that this isn't his war. planes were never his thing but neither were the trenches. he grew up around the ocean so the navy would've been the best option but something about being 5,000 feet in the sky intrigued him and lured him in. after running away from the safety of the trenches he took off on his adventure in the sky only to find that there's a lot more to remember when being a pilot. :) j.c. :) e.g.

Jack fue un niño rico, de momento cuenta un un grado de ingeniero , pero como no siguió el camino de la medicina como su padre, sus hermanos y sus abuelos su familia le dio la espalda. La familia de Emma no es muy humilde, siempre buscan socializar con los de clases mas altas para ellos mismo subir un escalón. Emma? No es como ellos... La familia de jack es todo sobre las apariencias y la tradicion, el hecho de que el segundo de sus tres hijos decidiera seguir otro camino ya era una desgracia, pero el que fuera un ingeniero desempleado no dejaba otra opcion que alejarlo. Jack? No dejo que eso lo hundiera, le dolió, pero no dejo que le afectara y al estar sin trabajo por un tiempo decidió tomar su experiencia manejando tantos autos de lujos y sacar dinero de ello. La familia de Emma llego a un punto económico en el que podían costear un chofer. Jack encontró una empresa que lo acepto por su experiencia.
