Surely this mysterious contact was not here before! When wealthy old man Joseph Bradley receives an iPhone 7 from his son Jared, he finds a mysterious phone number stored inside his contacts list besides his son's-that of a person named Jack O'Lantern and calls him. For those who know, in the original tale Jack tricks the devil up a tree on his next encounter with him, before sealing his fate utterly. For the sake of a clearer and better flowing narrative I did not incorporate this into my story. I hope this does not detract from your enjoyment of the story. Five College friends arrive at a remote forest cabin for a little vacation, not expecting the horrors that awaits them. As one by one fall victim to monsters unleashed. Whereas two different but both seemingly more bloodthirsty than the other creatures before them find solace in the cliche that is each other as they tear their victims apart keeping side by side as they watch the ancient ones rise. (formerly "Halloween Prince") After a tragic incident, Emily Scott started hearing a man's voice in her head. Something about it was eerie and yet so frighteningly familiar. In the hopes of erasing the 'voice', she started seeing a psychiatrist--but instead of achieving normalcy, she discovered stranger things that might question her sanity. Who was the voice in her head? Who was the person sending her letters? As Halloween approaches, her curiosity intensifies. All this could lead to somewhere unpleasant, things that might be best kept buried in oblivion. But someone will not rest until she returned to where she rightfully belonged, and she herself will not rest until she discovered who 'J.V.W.' was. This year's Halloween might be the big turning point of Emily's life.

Frank and Emma Taylor have been on the run for eight years. After the death of their mother, the siblings took off rather than living in a children's home. When Lola realises that Frank and Emma have skipped town, she begins to look for them, unaware that it is the beginning of the end. The search for an answer to Frank's problems will lead them to the only person that can help them. He will give them everything that they need to be free of the past that is hunting them down.
