She heard his song, finding out his name is Jack, and followed him to Halloween Town. How will Jack react to a human that followed him to Halloween Town? Jack Skellington, the well-respected Pumpkin King, leads the town in organizing its annual Halloween celebrations. This year however, Jack has grown tired of the same routine and longs for something new. Upon discovering trees containing doors to other holiday-themed worlds, Jack stumbles through the one leading to Christmas Town and is fascinated by the unfamiliar holiday.

Meet Josephine "Josie" Skellington, Jack and Sally Skellington's daughter and the Pumpkin Princess. Josie is a young, kind, adventurous, and slightly awkward girl who has a great passion in Halloween and all things spooky. She inherited her father's charm, courage, and mastery of frightening the souls of the living as well as her mother's affection and creativity. Growing up, Josie has looked up to her father as a role model and hopes to one day fill in his shoes as the next leader of Halloween Town. One day just as Halloween draws near, Josie and her pet ghost dog Zuzu become lost in the woods. There, Josie and Zuzu come across a hidden door in which they both get sucked right in and find themselves in Auradon. Josie befriends Red and Chloe Charming, the daughters of The Queen of Hearts and Cinderella. Josie sees that all of Auradon Prep is preparing for their annual Halloween bash. But things don't seem to be working out in the way they all planned. That's when Josie steps in to help everyone find their Halloween spirit just in time for when the festivities begin. Meanwhile, Jack ventures into Auradon to find his daughter and bring her home. At the same time, Oscar, the son of Oogie Boogie, comes to Auradon with his own agenda and that is to destroy Halloween and Jack and his family as revenge for banishing him and his father to the Isle of the Lost.

(The Sequel to the ending: *Stay in Halloween Town.*) In this continuation of the Jack Skellington x Child!Reader, (Y/n) has been happily living in her newfound home, Halloween Town, alongside her guardian, the Pumpkin King, also known as Jack Skellington. She'd been given one opportunity to return home and become human again on Christmas Eve years ago, but she refused to leave, causing the zombie-like changes to her body to become permanent. I decided to draw Chucky for the first time even though I suck at drawing (inspiration from my best friend Teel) and I'm actually proud of how it turned out.

This is a short story I started writing back in 2017. I started it on December 22 2017 at 10:23pm and didn't finish it until July 14 2020 at 3:25am. The reason why it took me soon long to finish it was I was having trouble with it. I got the idea to write this after watching The Nightmare Before Christmas. It's also kinda based on 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. I hope you enjoy this story.
