(This story follows the main storyline of the popular tv series Zoo season 1. In addition to the original storyline however, this book also includes some additional chapters and characters of my own creation, that change up the plot and dynamic while still keeping with the original storyline) Austin is a 23 yr old man who leaves in the Northern Territory, Australia. Since he was 8 he had always been fond of animals, reptiles in particular. So he studied to become a herpetologist while working at a nearby zoo part time. That's how he met Mikaela, the love of his life. She worked at the zoo and was a devoloping ornithologist, or someone who studies birds. But what do biologists do when the animals that they study finally decide, no more? Authors Note I own no characters other than Austin and Mikaela (and a few side characters), all the main characters belong to the producers of Zoo.
