Lucy Chen is a 27 year old 9-1-1- dispatcher. Lucy is one of four kids, two older siblings Lilia and Anthony and one younger sister Lola. And funnily enough she is the only single one. All her other siblings are either married, engaged or dating. Her mother Vanessa Chen makes sure Lucy doesn't forget her non existence love life. Lucy knows her mother means well, but it sometimes bugs her. Lucy loves her job, and she usually drowns herself to work to not return to the empty apartment. Another reminder that she is single. It's not that she would mind being single, but she can't help wondering if someday it will be her turn to meet someone either. So after one extremely hard day at work when she is back to her lonely apartment she decides "fuck it" and sings up to this blind date thing. How bad could it be? But what happens when a tall, blonde man shows up and Lucy finds herself falling for the guy she has known less than a month? And what if the guy has a secret he has kept from her? Tim Bradford is 31 and a cop. He loves his job, but there is one thing he loves even more, his 3 year old daughter Esmay. He is a single father and has always been, and even though he gets a lot of support from his best friends Nyla and Angela and his sister Genny, he can't feel but wonder if one day he could find someone to stay, to be a mother for Esmay. His best friends love being nose deep in his love life and one night he hears that they have singed him up to this blind date thing, and he has a date in an hour. He decides not to mention his daughter, this probably won't be anything and he doesn't want to spook the girl off on the first date. But what will happen when he finds himself falling for the dark haired girl that still doesn't know he is a father? And what will happen when Lucy does find out? Will she walk away from the only man that has ever made her feel like this, or will she become the mother Tim's daughter never had?

After a really exhausting day as the night sergeant, Lucy goes home and experiences the weirdest dream anyone in the station will ever have.

Lucy lost contact with a best friend but one night she found him helping her... Jackson was a professional football player with all the lads on his team... Was it fate for Tim that they kept running into Lucy..

She and her father were always treating Lucy as a mistake. Lucy started self-harming and she attempted suicide. When her parents saw her scars they shipped her into military training at the age of 14 Lucy ended up as a General four years later. She never left the army but is not currently active. She then started working as a detective, she became a really good one with lots of expirience and undercover ops. She worked a case which led to her getting kidnapped and buried alive, she got through it and kept her DOD tattoo. After that her chris go abusiveand she left him. The last straw was that her coworker, Mike Davis, sexually abused her. After everything, at the age of 26, she decided to leave the NYPD and move to Los Angeles to start over. But this time it will different - she is not gonna trust anyone. She is going to be a whole new person. Other useful information: She is friends with Amelia ( met in the army, shes a lieutenant) and Aria ( she was her captain in the NYPD, moved to LA two years ago but they saw each other regularly). Lucy is also great at throwing knifes and catching them (just a fun trick) Zoe is dead. !I do not own any of the characters except for Aria, Amelia, Mike Davis and other new characters I might add.! It starts in season seven the last episode except Oscar end up shooting John in the head. John wakes up in a hospital, but to his surprise he had actually been in a coma for the last seven years and all the events of him being in the LAPD never actually happened. He had been shot in the head during the bank robbery and had never really existed to the LAPD's standards

Since that day anything was the same for Angela Lopez. The day she lost her little girl so long ago. Everyone told her to give up and stop looking, they said she was probably dead. They were statistics, every police officer knew that an infant did not usually survived the first 48 hours after their kidnapping. There were no clues on the case, they took her while Angela was away on a case and the babysitter had fallen asleep, the officer didn't blame her, taking care of a new born wasn't an easy job. It would have been unfair to blame a sixteen year old girl for what happened. That's when her baby was taken, it was Angela's fault... She was Amelia's mother, she was supposed to protect her, to be there for her and take care of her baby and she had put her job first and that's why her kid was taken. If she had been there, Amelia would still be with her, she would've the opportunity to raise her, love her and see her grow up. She had been selfish and this was her punishment. What Angela didn't expect was to find her 26 years later as a rookie. So this is what her mother felt when she told her that she wanted to join the academy...
