Isabella Mary Winchester is 15 years old and is Sam Winchester's' daughter. She was born December 1, 2003. Her mom was someone Sam met, had a night of fun with and the girl didn't die surprisingly. When Bella discovers who her dad was, she went searching for him and that is how she became a hunter, looking for her dad. Now she is a high school student along with a hunter. When Sam found out about her he was thrilled, Dean not so much. You know Dean, it takes time for him to warm up to things but he finally did warm up to Bella. Now Bella wasn't always Isabella Mary Winchester, before she found Sam she was Lilith Sue Smith....... Horrible right. So when "Lilith" was about 11, she revealed who she was to her father,he looked at her like she was crazy until she showed him her birth certificate which showed that Sam was the father. "Lilith" begged Sam to gain custody of her and changer her name, and that's what he did after Dean ran all the tests to make sure she wouldn't backstab them. When the cases were over Sam won custody of "Lilith" legally changing her name to Isabella Mary Winchester, and she only sees her mom when she wants to, even though her mom wants her to see more often Bella hates her for how she raised her till Bella found Sam.
