This story is going off of the movie "Brokeback Mountain" you have to watch to understand the story! Every small reminder of that mountain and those memories linger over Ennis. He thought he would never see him again after what happened. One morning a person left a voicemail that would change everything for Ennis.

I watched the movie and cried so hard that I wanted at least to read about a happy end. I searched for some time but did not find a fic which would have been good enough. So i decided to try to write one myself. TW: su1c1de

Jack Twist died 3 months ago. Nothing could change that now. What could have been haunts Ennis Del Mar for eternity. Maybe if he was there to save him, maybe then the world would keep spinning.

This story is based on a roleplay about Brokeback Mountain that I've been doing with a friend for a few months. All credit for the characters goes to the author of the book, but the story and writing were entirely done by us. This book aims to be a reinterpretation of what's seen in the movies, altering the way events unfold. It can be viewed as an alternative story where the characters are rewritten slightly differently, reflecting how we perceive them. The narrative structure may vary throughout the chapters since this originally started as a roleplay rather than a story written by a single person. Hi everyone, how many of you, after watching Brokeback Mountain, felt an emptiness inside, wishing for a continuation a happy ending for our two cowboys? Well, you're in the right place. I'm going to give you that. I'll do my best to stay as true as possible to the original story and turn this into a sort of Brokeback Mountain 2 ;) Ps maybe this story can be a little bit more spicy but I don't know let me know lol

I couldn't get over the sad ending, so I decided to write my own continuation, one that is realistic and happy. Because, all the continuations I've seen on Wattpad were really disappointing for many reasons. They were either illogical or just focused on adding exaggerated or unrealistic events. I needed something that would bring comfort and restore hope after such a tragic ending. So, I decided to create my own version, trying to craft a better conclusion that feels more real and reflects true hope. Enjoy!
