Ruby is engaged to Iain and the couple couldn't be more happier as they begin to plan their special day.

While on her way to work, Ruby witnessed a car crash and pulled over to help the victims. After stabilising the patients, Ruby returned to her vehicle and was about to pull away when her car was struck by a semi-truck.

Ruby is new to the paramedic team as Josh asked Iain to be Ruby's partner but sparks fly when Iain has feelings for Ruby.

When Jacob turns up at the hospital he does Ruby more damage than ever before. Will she let Iain in and let him help her? Can they continue their lives despite the damage Jacob does?

Ruby is married to Iain and is coming home from being in London with her old school friends then a lorry tumbles down the road causing a RTC (Road traffic accident).

Ruby was on the train back to Holby then the brakes on the train failed to brake as the train crashed and rolled over onto the gravel
