Hope County... a beautiful place sitting in southwestern Montana. Where the birds sing and the river babbles. Everything is in perfect balance. Life and Death are merely philosophical thoughts. Until the Cult arrived... Eden's gate started out small, with only a few members. They held sermons, bringing people from all over the county into their churches and shrines. Preaching beliefs on the possibility of the world collapsing. Preaching about their leader, Joseph, and his book of God. Benton Hargrave wasn't going to let Joseph win. As a deputy in the Hope County Police, he is ready and willing to lay down his life to save his home. When he, his Best friend, and squad mates, along with the US Marshall are sent to arrest the leader of Eden's gate, chaos begins as the Cult rises up to take back their Prophet. The county is driven into a civil war between Cult, and Resistance. Jacob fought along with her with his time in the Army. She and Jacob quickly fell in love but when Jacob and Miller went missing she was sent to a different Army troop and she never saw him again. Till word got around one of the strongest army veteran moved to Hope County spread around Jacob had to see for himself.

Levi never wanted to get involved. He thought this Eden's Gate stuff would fade eventually, or someone else would fix it. He wasn't a fighter anyways; hurting and/or killing people unerved him. He was content with hiding out till it was over. That was until he accidentally killed this Deputy fellow; the guy getting rid of his problem. Thanks to guilt and being irrational, he went and ahead took their identity. Maybe if he wanted something gone, he should do it himself. Now he finds himself with a whole range of new problems that he's gotta figure out; preferably without getting bloody.

Yet when John first laid his eyes on her, something twisted inside of him and he knew that she would be different but couldn't begin to explain why. The deputy was forced into being Hope County's hero and the leader of a resistance against a doomsday cult but even she knew that something wasn't right when she first saw the blue eyes of the baptist. How can two people who are so different, both be so broken. Perhaps, devotion doesn't have to make sense... On going. Here is a oneshot that I have made, based on Far Cry 5, or more specifically, the events after the Collapse. The idea came from @simplegenius042 on Tumblr :) WARNING: This fanfiction will contain spoilers for Far Cry 5 (surprise surprise) and some dark themes, I guess? (Also I'II probably change the deputy's gender depending on story, or if it's preferred I CAN stick to a gender neutral deputy, but I think for every story it would just be repetitive)

Her mind prayed they'd send to her to Faith - at least that way she could be blissed out of her mind and not feel a thing but as luck would have it becoming one of Faith's angels wasn't on the agenda and her stomach twisted violently upon hearing the one voice she desperately wanted to avoid "Well, well it's about time we had some fresh meat"
