The mobile game's novel adaption comes to life through the perspective of Jezebel Gaffney, a taciturn first-year forced to deal with the consequences her brother Jacob's expulsion had on her family and school. No one has high expectations for Jezebel Gaffney as she begins her first year at Hogwarts. She comes from a family whose reputation was put to ruin after her brother was expelled. Somehow she finds herself on the receiving end of the vitriol it seems many of her classmates and teachers wished to give her brother. All she wants to do is find out why her brother disappeared after his expulsion, but she soon realizes that finding him may take her dangerously close to walking the path Jacob trod. While artistic license has been taken in creation and development of the main character, Jacob's Sibling, and depth added that could not be expressed in the format of a mobile game, all efforts have been made to stay true to the most captivating story to come from the franchise since Deathly Hallows.
