How does Bella act when she sees Jacob join the wolf pack ? will Bella fall for Jacob? Will lucy fall for Edward and want to stay in the world of twilight? Or return to her world ? Should be a piece of cake in comparison to the vampire following her around. This is a fix-it. I'm gonna try to fix the shit SMeyer did. I am also a hopeless romantic, so expect this to be romantic and angsty.

One shot. Bella gets a phone call. He reminds her of something he said months prior.

"You never expect forever to be ripped away. Time was running out, but Jacob was willing to wait. Maybe I could have a different kind of forever." When Jacob picked up the phone, he chose his words more wisely. He didn't let Bella know who was on the other side of the phone. Edward never went to Italy to die, and Bella stayed in Forks. Bella has to come to terms with her love for Jacob while still navigating Edward's hold on her heart. Although Bella is battling with herself, the threat of a vengeful Victoria still looms over Forks. Bella never allowed herself to consider Jacob, not when immortality with Edward stood in the way. She knew her path, not the road less taken. She is cautiously going down a new path, one where the journey might be better than she expected.

So. I took issue with how smeyer treated my boy, as many of us have, and I took it upon myself to re-write the series from Jacob's POV and fix some of the problems I had. This is basically a head canon of how I would write twilight, were I ever given such a job, which I would like to clarify; nobody asked for this. Things happen this time. *This one-shot is set in the New Moon era, pre-wolf transformation, Edward doesn't come back yet and is in Jacob's POV. Since the Twilight timeline makes my head spin, I've changed it. Feb 20th: movies with Mike, but Jake never phased. March & April was just simply Bella & Jake hanging out. Within that time, they started to fall for each other more without explicitly saying anything. LET THEM BE TEENS, DAMNIT!! Let them be silly! Also, within this time, Bella tells Jake about Edward & the Cullens cause I headcanon human Jacob understanding/believing her. May the 18th: Jake finishes his Rabbit (it took him longer cause they were having fun & he was distracted) & takes Bella bowling.
