They fought each other until Maleficent changed into a lizard. She was still locked at the cage in her daughter's room. Once she talked to her about going back to the Isle. She cannot get out the cage while his daughter turned into a dragon fighting the infamous daughter of the seawitch itself. She finally got out the cage within her friends help. She just noticed that Audrey is the daughter of Aurora. She decided to possess her to rule Auradon itself.
