Genevieve Lennox is a fourteen year old girl who has had to grow up too fast. Her mother doesn't care about her, her father and older brothers are gone, off fighting in the war. Genevieve is left to take care of the farm, doing the work of four people instead of one, care for her mother and help their neighbor, with whom they share the farm. With the Bristol Blitz beginning, she is terrified and desperate to get away from the danger. She finds a letter from her uncle, one Professor Digory Kirke to her father, so she sends a letter to the old professor and he invites Genevieve, along with her young neighbor, and self-proclaimed little sister, Eleanor Sarlin, to come and stay at Kirke Manor in the countryside, far from danger. Two weeks after the girls arrive, the four Pevensie siblings arrive. Lucy immediately loves Genevieve, the older girl believes that Lucy truly found a magical world. Susan and Edmund don't particularly like Genevieve, but neither particularly hates her either. Peter despises Genevieve, and she despises him in return. But what happens when all six of them end up in Narnia...

Everything seems to be going fine, until Edmund has a dream, a dream about the White Witch. As the days go on, he keeps dreaming about her. But the worst thing is, is that he won't tell Lucy or Eustace exactly what his dreams are about. After Lucy writes to Peter, he decides at once to leave the professors and go to Cambridge. A cat and a large body of water; never a good combination. Although her Sea Nymph helps with the getting wet aspect, Robin is not immune to cat shyness. She is immune to curses, death, and dragons, so that'll help her out when Lucy and Edmund show up unexpectedly along with a grumpy cousin of their's in the middle of the ocean. Get ready for a high wave rolling adventure, that ends with a sad goodbyes, but might still keep you reading and waiting for dreams that may never come. Book 3 of the 'Aslan's Equal' series. This bombing put the lives of many to risk, including two totally different families. The Pevensies and the Andersons. The Pevensies -- Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy -- haven't really lost anyone close-close to them. Their father was in the war and it was obvious that they blamed the Germans. The Andersons -- William, Edward, and Miriam -- have lost their father. All because he was a Jew. In that dreaded bombing night. They also lost their mother. All because they were Jews that looked like Germans. In a trip that takes them across the country to Germany, the Pevensies and Andersons just were fateful enough to cross paths. The two families were sent to a Professor's house. The same one that had a strange connection to the Andersons. But . . . why?
