Princess Yona has decided the time for Soowon's rule to end has come so as she and the dragons slowly but surely prepare to take back her throne the country is sent into chaos mercanery bands start sowing destruction at every turn and not everything is as it seems. Sakura and Sasuke are sent on a mission by Lady Tsunade to help restore peace to the kingdom of Kouka and on a private side mission she instructs them to get Princess Yona back on the throne.
