Where does friendship end... and where does love begin? Pik always thought he knew the answer... until he fell in love with his best friend. Jai is kind to everyone-maybe a little too kind. A smile, a hug, a hand to hold... the smallest gestures are enough to make anyone misunderstand his intentions. No one knows that side of him better than Pik, who's been by his side since day one. What Jai will never know is that behind every smile and every "You're my best friend," Pik has been hiding feelings he's never dared to confess. Because some friendships are simply too precious to risk losing.

For as long as he can remember, Pik has been in love with his best friend, Jaijai. They do everything together-late-night shenanigans, shared umbrellas in the rain, sleeping on opposite ends of the same couch after movie marathons. Jaijai remembers Pik's coffee order, calls him first whenever something good or bad happens, and reaches for his hand without thinking. Everyone assumes they're dating. Everyone except Jaijai. When Jaijai starts seeing someone new, Pik finally decides it's time to let go of the feelings he's hidden for years. But the more he tries to pull away, the more Jaijai seems to cling to him-becoming jealous, seeking him out, and asking questions that friends shouldn't ask. "Why are you avoiding me?" "Since when do you keep secrets from me?" And the one that breaks Pik's heart the most: "You're not leaving me for someone else, are you?" Caught between moving on and holding on, Pik begins to wonder if he has imagined everything. Meanwhile, Jaijai is forced to confront a terrifying possibility: if they're truly just friends, then why does the thought of losing Pik feel like losing the person he loves most? A story about blurred boundaries, years of quiet longing, and two people who keep saying "we're just friends"- even when neither of them looks at the other that way.

Perhaps the hardest kind of heartbreak is not when someone leaves, but when they stay long enough for you to watch them fall out of love. There is no closure in that kind of ending-only the unbearable task of letting go while your heart still remembers how deeply it cared. TEETEE WANPICHIT NIMITPARKPOOM: "I mastered the art of losing slowly the day I realized you had already left, even though you were still here." POR SUPPAKARN JIRACHOTIKUL: "Love rarely ends with a goodbye. Sometimes, it fades in small pieces until there's nothing left to save."
