After awhile Jake becomes invisible, not even his crazy teacher notices him! But there's one more thing, this kid has to live with him so his parents and sister also ignore him! Once he's had enough of being invisible he takes off on his skateboard, but falls into the sewers where he meets the Black Dragon. The dragon offers him to join his side because he claims that he knows what he's going through and also says that he could help Jake become so much better than him, and his grandfather as well. Will Jake accept the Dragon's offer to become evil and get back at the new kid? Or will he stay invisible forever?

As part of the plot, Jake Long encounters two battlefields. The first is in his heart. Will he end up with the girl he has a crush on? Or will she fail him?
