This is a short story that merges between the two hit cartoon shows Disney's Jake Long: American Dragon and Cartoon Network's Ben 10: Alien Force. As part of the plot, Jake Long encounters two battlefields. The first is in his heart. Will he end up with the girl he has a crush on? Or will she fail him? The second battlefield lies in his surroundings, where he is united with Ben 10 in an alarming event in New York city. Will Ben let Jake down? Will Jake's world collapse? Or will the sources of evil lose to the sources of good?

To make the students more involved with history, the school board decided to host a family tree event. Every student must participate in sharing their families roots and culture, but most important is to write an essay on one ancestor who they see as a hero. Rather they have made a big impact to the world or to their families.
