This a story about two characters James and Riley. I would recommend only reading this if you watch the show "The Next Step". This is about the relationship between James and Riley in season 4. So idk this is gonna be a Jiley fanfic but it won't really have that much plot tbh it's mostly just everyday dance life of Jiley and yeah idek I might change this blurb thingy if I think of a plot.

James and Riley's relationship grows more serious, despite James juggling his new band, dance, and relationship. Meanwhile, Michelle meets John, a talented musician in James's band, and quickly forms a connection with him.

James and Riley are still going strong, 4 years since they officially got back together and Emily's and Hunter's Wedding So well in fact they've taken a lot of steps Riley swore she could never do And James is ready to take the next one..

He was needing an escape, somewhere to hide for a little while until things settles She was just in the wrong place at the right time James has spent his entire life bouncing between his family and his friends. His Dad has always had strict views on what he should be doing with his life and none of the corresponds with what James wants to do His Dad wants him to take over his business and the first step for that is College His Dad wants him to go to business school, to provide him with everything he needs to take over one day But James has other opinions. He doesn't want to become just another suit who works but isn't happy He wants to Dance, he wants to make Music, he wants the opportunity to choose his own life So just before he is due to make his ultimate choice of what school to attends, he runs... -- Riley has always gone to the beach house ever since she was a little girl. It was always the spot she would go to when it came to spending time with her Nana but after she had passed away last year she couldn't stomach returning But that changes this year She wants to keep the memory of her Nana alive and she knew that being in this beach house would be the exact thing she needs in order to make her decision Riley can follow her big sisters footsteps and follow her through college, or she can make a name for herself and start somewhere new Going to the beach house was supposed to be what she needed to clear her head, but Riley was not anticipated having company..

James and Riley used to be the closest thing to each other, inseparable best friends. Riley's always been one to keep to herself, but after a sequence of events leads her to move in with one of her over protective brothers Fading into the background isn't an option She'll push people away, she's isolate herself. But one person dares not to leave He's almost as stubborn as she is

So where did it end? Oh yeah. The proposal, getting to the next round of nationals. Everyone finally getting along. Oh and the car crash.......

With Emily leaving to go with Michelle. What will happen with the studio? Will Nick be able to handle the pressure? And which troupe will go to Nationals? I do not own The Next Step or any of its characters

5 years ago, James left for the first Tour with his band. He was 21 years old and as far as we he was concerned he had his whole life ahead of him. He had his family, his friends, his band and his girl.. That was until he got a call that nobody ever wants to received.. 5 years later and he still hasn't moved on but who could blame him. He's still so fixated on figuring out what happened because nothing from that night adds up But when he get another phone call on the anniversary of her death.. His whole world is about to spin on it's axel

This fanfic is about The Next Step and just drama that goes on in general. I'll post as much as I can, there will be a good ending so yea. I don't really know what to say in here.
