Everlyn Urie was an ex hydra agent. She was prodded at with needles and scalpels for years with her twin brother, Brendon Urie. Hydra had briefly gotten the tesseract from shield, exposing it to both twins. Everlyn showed Cryokinesis (ice manipulation) while her brother showed Hemokinesis (blood manipulation) and fast healing. After Shield had rescued and recruited them at 18, both faced challenges throughout. (Set during the winter soldier and age of ultron)
