Kayla didn't even remember she was Kayla when she got thrown into the Glade, as the others liked to call it. Some were desperate to find a way out, some had a promise of death for the creators, but her? Her journey was just at the beginning, although of two things she was hella sure: one, she was the only girl she knew and for what she remembered the only one she'd ever known; two, attitude is what's felt, even when everything is taken away from you: your past, your family, your loved ones. All that matters is the present day, the people surrounding you and the way you react.

*these are not my characters this is based off the books by James Dashner* 16 year old Thomas lives in the glade, along with 60 other boys. They all seem to not particularly like Thomas, with the exception of a few. There is however, one honey blonde boy that always seems to catch Thomas's attention. His name is Newt.

Newt and Minho have no clue who this girl is or why she was there but apparently she knew them enough to say their names before fainting and like everyone losing her memories forever... or will it be?

Jade. The only girl in the Glade. The odd one out. When she first came up, she didn't know what was going on. There were a bunch of strange boys staring down at her. My face heated up. I couldn't cointain my anger anymore. I closed by eyes and anger took over. I thrusted out my palm, firery black sparks shot out. It hit Gally like a truck. He fell down clutching his abdomen and screeching in agony. When I heard him screech, I open my eyes and my hand flew to my mouth. I stumbled backwards only to find myself in a pair of strong arms.
