There's nothing like summer in the city, especially in New York. After receiving a pleasant invitation from her sister to go visit their father upstate, Angelica arrives to New York City. Frustrated at Alexander not wanting to come along with them, she goes downtown to take care of some things and meets a certain gentleman whom she used to exchange very passionate letters with. In a way of upsetting Hamilton, she decides to bring the man along to acompany her on the trip. The tension between them grows, making them both frightened of what the future will bring and what will happen to them once the summer's over. Meanwhile Hamilton not being able to convince James Madison to cooperate, keeps trying to reach Jefferson with letters, in belief that he's the only one able to convince the congress to vote for his financial plan. Overwhelmed by the stress, he meets Mrs. Maria Reynolds, who brough even more mess to his life. Disclaimer: This story is based off on the mucial Hamilton by Lin Manuel Miranda, NOT by true historical events. It is not a historically accurate story. He never learned how to do anything nonrelating to polotics and parties, though he was most reliable with the latter while his husband focused on the first. He enjoyed life and seemed to take everything for granted, that is until he was given a new servant on his nineteenth birthday. His life seemed to flip when he had actually gotten to know his new servant, he started finding himself spending evenings in the gardens with him, longing stares through dinners, and heated nights in a room far from his husband's and somehow he had yet to regret it.

Thomas sighed and gently cupped his cheek, "James, if this is wrong, then I don't wanna be right." He murmured sincerely as he gazed into James' eyes, adoringly. His thumb stroked his cheek gently and he connected their lips. - Why did his heart ache? Why did he always have trouble with dating? This wasn't how he imagined it, no, not at all. He always thought he'd be happy and have a happy family! But, guess that was wrong, huh? Men constantly toyed with his heart and tugged at it's strings. James fell for people too easily and now he hardly trusted very many men. And he was frightened of having a relationship. What if they broke him?
