This is a fanfiction about Idina Menzel and James Snyder (some people call them Jadina). Yes, I know that James is married, but I can't help it if these two keep giving me reasons to ship them as hard as I can. Also, I'd like to warn you that this is my first published story; I'll try my best, but, you know... I really pay attention to details, so my chapters may be kinda long sometimes. And English is not my mother tongue, so I'd appreciate if you informed me about my mistakes. And reviews and suggestions would come in handy! Well, no more talking. I hope you enjoy your story!

Idina Menzel has two guys who loves her a lot and will forgive her no matter what she does and how stupid and wrong it is. Anthony and James have two special places in Idina's heart. Idina is torn between both of them and has her ups and down. She loves and cares about both of them. Who will she pick? Rappzel? Or Jadina? IF/THEN is the story of one women and two of her lives. Elizabeth returns to New York to start her life over. She's thirty-eight , recently divorced, twelve years from her beloved New York, a city planner who has only taught city planning and has never planned a city. On her first day back, she meets two friends in the park - Lucas, a friend from her undergrad years (and onetime lover long ago, who now identifies as bisexual), and Kate, her spirited new neighbor. Lucas want her to come with him to meet some of his fellow activities, gathering signatures at a table across the park. But Kate wants her to get coffee and listen to a sexy guy playing the guitar nearby. Kay calls her "Liz"- the two of them having decided the previous night, over wine,that Elizabeth should have a new name for her new life. Lucas, for his part likes "Beth". We see her go both ways- with Kate, as "Liz" and with Lucas, as "Beth." Her life diverge in that moment. And we follow them both. Please vote!

Five years after Josh has died, Liz shows her two boys pictures of him and tells them her fondest memories with him (one-shot).

I don't know if anyone has done this yet, but I'm going to write about Beth and Josh, because you don't see them really as a couple in the musical.
