But when Rose and John are killed, Lily is sent through the Time Vortex into the other universe to find The Doctor. But things go wrong and she finds Captain Jack Harkness. Join Lily on her journey through Torchwood. (I will be writing in "episode" like parts, and there will be many time skips between chapters)

Jack and Torchwood Three get into an accident. Ianto feels responsible. How can he go on feeling like he hurt them? Jack knows guilt and self-hatred, but can he help Ianto before he makes the decision for himself? Or will it come down to the unimaginable? BTW: Trigger Warnings for suicide, self hatred, and attempted suicide I'll specify at the beginning of big chapters.

Jack wants to make a move he's only made once before... And he knows the consequences all too well. But will that stop him? (This story is set a few months after when CoE would have occurred, in a universe where those events never happen and Ianto, Toshiko, and Owen all survive.)
