Tsuki Senior High School has always had a reputation to uphold, but nobody ever worked as hard as the student council to keep it that way. The President, Aka Tsuki, knows everything about everyone in the school from the faculty to his peers within his grade and beyond. Nobody was ever able to see any formal documents from within the council-- until now.

A mysterious girl at school sits by the koi pond everyday, closes her eyes, and plays her bamboo flute. Students question her actions, but she is never approached by anyone. Until now. One girl is curious of her actions and tries to learn more. She finds answers but will her curiosity kill her first?
