Umiko Kimura works in the nursery part of a joint school. Apple Tree School is responsible for children in Nursery and Primary. When Umiko's friend dies, the child has nobody to go to as his family and father did not want him. Taking on the responsibility, Ryuu moves in with Umiko back where she lives. He joins Apple Tree School and starts a new life. Will he settle in and live a happy life with her? Also will Umiko and Ryuu get closer? What happens as Ryuu gets older? Is there romance ahead as well as motherhood for Umiko?
