Set after the events of "A Single Pale Rose" this story diverges from main continuity as Ruby and Sapphire din't run away from each other after the revelation that Rose Quartz their old leader is Pink Diamond. And the Diamonds don't arrive on Earth to battle the Crystal Gems on the day Ruby and Sapphire were supposed to get married (yet). We later explore this world a little more and Steven will encounter new alien races and other strange beings not mentioned in the series. He will also discover the origin of his alien ancestors. The Prelude/Story 0 will give the readers a little bit of background about the world.
