Jared Kleinman was known for being the happy dude who was seemingly unphased by anything. But when Evan yells at him, everything seems to go downhill. Can he fight with it? As it says this is angst. I wouldn't say it's super angsty but it deals with things like self-deprecating thoughts, depression, anxiety, abuse, and more. I'll put trigger warnings before chapters. After Evan is exposed, Jared thinks everything will go back to normal. Unfortunately, after the whole world hears about his part in the plan, everyone and I mean EVERYONE hates him. After he realizes society will never except him, he flees to New York City to seek a new life. A life in crime. If the world wants to treat him like a criminal, so be it. He'll prove them right. ~~~~~ After writing both books about Jeremy and his MacBook Pro hard drive, I decided I really liked doing funny books like these! There was an x reader I was going to do-Torching New York- that was gonna be a Mafia! Jared x Reader, but that wasn't too popular. So, take Jared's slow descent into madness instead!

It's exactly what the title says.

A lie that was an accident, a girl caught in the middle of it. A story never meant to be told, the unknowing suddenly in the center of it. The innocents' mistake, the villains not knowing what they have become, for they're not around to see it. The death of a sibling can be more then what you think, for maybe a secret person seems to somehow fade in and out, unfiltered by the eyes can mean more than you ever thought they could. I'm just being honest, what am I writing, tbh this is just DEH from Zoe's point of view, have fun.

After the whole fake emails and Connor Project thing, Evan apologize to all his friends. He lose his girlfriend but in that moment he don't care. He has a bigger problem. His family friend who doesn't even want to talk to him again. (That was a shitty description...Sorry...) This ship is underrated and we need more fanfic about it. Now enjoy my crappy work.
