Wilbur Soot goes to Adilent Pepper High. In this school, there are understudies & the aristocratic Council (AC), which is a long way to say student council. The council is the teacher's assistants, who sub for the teachers, hand out supplies, set roles & work. To Wilbur's dismay, his class' AC is Jared, who is in a relationship with his ex, Rosal. To make matters worse, his grades have an average of C & under, so Jared has to work with him. However, Wilbur's friend happens to know of some rumors about Jared that Wilbur can use to his advantage. But he never expected to be a part of the rumors (REPOST FROM MY A03).
