He always wanted to ask him out, but never had the confidence to. He didn't think he was good enough. Taryn loved Jake, plain and simple. His brown hair, blue eyes, and terrific sense of humor sent him higher than the moon. He tried hinting at Jake that he liked him, but in Taryn's eyes, Jake would never like him. He's too good for him. I have no regrets.

    Vengeance. The nine-lettered word that appeals to the broken, the evil, the wronged and the power-hungry. The Glitterati Twins want vengeance for once-upon-a-time being backlashed and riducled at by the entire city-including DCI. Conveniently, Dr. Tan also wants revenge: Dance Central and his son were stolen from his fingertips, doomed to endlessly roam the Time-Stream. When Jaryn and Kerith break-in to DCI Headquarters and send Boomie to where they believe Dr. Tan is located, Dr. Tan is able to return to the present-era. But help comes for a price... and that means both Dr. Tan and the Glitterati Twins are subject to each other's terms. Dr. Tan wants to renovate DCI Headquarters into a bar, and keep a tight rein on the dancers, while the Glitterati wants to abolish any other dance crew. Motivated by the share of a common enemy, Dr. Tan works on a program he affectionately calls Spotlight- designed to obliterate Dance Central forever.

    Julia is severally wounded. She shouldn't be alive. When she wakes up in a hospital several cities away from San D'Angelo, she is dazed, confused, and broken- both physically and emotionally. In it, the story additionally explains what happens after the infamous villain loses the battle he fought so hard for.

Although, she's not the only one from Central City that gets to go to DCU. Emilia, Aubrey, Dare and Taye receive a sure scholarship from the said prestige school. They agree to not put the scholarship to waste, accepting the offer of the scholarship in different ways. Does this mean Riptide, Lu$h, Flash4wrd and D-Coy are going to be disbanded for quite a long while? Will their college life be very... eventful? Full of adventures, drama, romance and dances?
