Adrein now lives with Mari as Hawkmoth was revealed and is in prizen. The class finds out that Mari has a dead brother and startes messing with her becuase she "Bullied Lila". What was supposed to just be receiving a guest for day ended up with the League of Assassins with another mouth to feed. As for Jason, it was finding an unexpected kindred soul...someone who understood what it meant to hope for a future outside the stone walls of the League. But of course, is he allowed to hope for a life with her when hope is a concept that has longed died for him?
