Will Tommy ever tell Riley how he feels about her or will he stop Jason from hurting Riley with Kimberly or was he totally what's going on between Jason and Kimberly?

Jason Scott just asked Evelyn Dean to runaway with him. It was on a whim but if she's as miserable as he is in this town, why not take her along?
