Alia McCall is the twin sister of Scott McCall. The two had been best friends since they were born, but then, when they both turned eight, Alia was kidnapped by a horrible witch who did experiments on her. She gained the genes of a Quileute wolf, the skills of a Nightwalker, the powers of a witch, and many others. She became a shapeshifter, but she was still part human because she fed on animal blood instead of her creator. However, Alia went crazy because of a certain accident her creator caused. Alia almost killed her witch creator, but she spared the witch and let her escape. When she woke up in the middle of the forest, she was cold and alone, and she couldn't remember anything other than Alia, her name. She wound up in Forks and ended up being found by a police chief. Charlie Swan, with his daughter with him who was visiting, Isabella Swan, and Charlie adopted her in hopes of helping her.

Forks will be safe, I reminded myself. I was looking out the window of the small honda driving into the town. My mom had just recently divorced my dad because he cheated on her. But that wasn't the only reason I decided to move with her. There was another reason, the only one I actually cared about. The people would be safe here. I would be more isolated then ever. That would be better. The little amount of people in this small town would be safe from her. Safe from me.
