It's a desperate hour in the galaxy. The Empire rises upon the ashes of the Senate after the bloody Clone Wars. As a reminder of the supremacy of the Emperor, they created the Rebel Games.

Just a story about Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor and what they might be doing in the modern world. DISCLAIMER: I do not own Star Wars or any of the characters.

"Are you with me?" "All the way." I look up to see the light shining brighter and brighter. A light that's only meaning is death. I hug Cassian tighter with tears running down my cheeks onto his jacket. I was never afraid to die, I never really had a reason to live. But standing here on this beach, with Cassian's arms wrapped tight around me, and knowing the difference we made, I want to live. I have a reason to want to live. I am upset and scared that this is the end just when things felt like they were only beginning. But with Cassian holding me tight in his arm's, as scared as I am, I have never felt more safe and at home. But that was not the end. It was just the beginning. Taking place during the finals moments we see Jyn and Cassian in the movie, to well after that, this is a story filled with adventure, romance, and connections to the other movies making the whole journey possible to be cannon. This is not just a fanfic, but my theories, my beliefs of their adventure not being over, my hopes that they lived, and the scenes I constantly create in my head and replay over and over again, put into a story, leading up to The Force Awakens. This is a book I believe (being a hard core Jassian shipper myself), any Jassian shipper would love.

First off: if you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! So here it is, just an alternate (happier) ending to Rogue One. Although I liked the ending to the movie a lot too. One more thing: PLEASE PLEASE don't copy...I know the idea isn't super original but the writing is. Anyways hope you enjoy! I welcome constructive criticism as a new(ish) writer. Also another IMPORTANT NOTE: I don't own the cover art, all credit goes to the amazing artist who created it!

A Jassian one shot for all those Star Wars lovers like me

CONTAINS SPOILERS OF ROGUE ONE A STAR WARS STORY!!! At the last moments of their life, on the platform of Eadu, at the Rebellion base, during the mission of stealing the plans from Scarif, Jyn and Cassian share some intim moments.

What if Tarkin never got to say, "Fire when ready?" What if Scarif was never fired at?

Rebellions are built on hope, but how powerful is a Rebel's Hope? Is it enough to prevent the seemingly inevitable? What if Jyn Erso and Captain Cassian Andor had survived? Don't be afraid, I feel it too. A connection between Jyn and Cassian. Don't get me wrong, the ending to Rogue One was beautiful but I want more. I want an alternate ending, if not for others to enjoy than perhaps just me. I think their relationship had potential, though it didn't actually materialize because their deaths were inevitable. SO disregard canon and disregard the fact that it was a necessary ending or how they were truly at peace when they died because they only cared about the mission. Just imagine with me, because we have nothing better to do until episode VIII. ☺️ I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING IN THIS. CHARACTERS BELONG TO DISNEY AND LUCAS FILMS AND GEORGE LUCAS AND YADA YADA BC DUH. The Battle of Yavin is in the past, and will be remembered for ages to come. The newly promoted and married Sargent Jyn Erso-Andor is now the head of a special operations task force for the rebellion along side her husband, Captain Cassian Andor. These pages detail their most daring missions and most shocking finds. This is a collections of one shots that take place roughly after my previous story, The Empire's Snare, but before the Epilogue and what followed. It is a not a direct sequel, but a sequel of sorts. You do not need to read The Empire's Snare before this, but it is encouraged.

This is what happens after Scarif. What Jyn & Cassian'a life is like after they survive the Death Star blast. Will they fall in love? Or will they just stay friends? How does almost dying affect them? As high ranking rebels they are to go on many missions and meet new friends throughout time like Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker & Han Solo
