I've put together four FunnyBunny stories into short, 5-chapter fics! In these, Pomni helps Jax through his struggles, while also facing the challenges of everyone else in the circus. Ragatha's concern, Gangle's anxiety... and even Evil Pomni. Enjoy!

(set after Episode 6) After Caine's latest spectacle, Pomni begins to suspect that the circus's absurd sense of normalcy is nothing more than a façade. The bright colors, the festive missions, and the host's endless laughter hide cracks that are slowly widening, letting slip whispers and fragments of something long lost. Jax, always shielded by his cynicism, seems to know more than he lets on. In his eyes lie broken memories and a fear that betrays his constant mockery. Between him and Pomni grows a tension impossible to ignore: a blend of rejection, complicity, and secrets no one dares to name. But the system's errors aren't just harmless glitches. Distorted voices, strange reflections, and fractured memories begin to surface. What once seemed like a nonsensical circus may in fact be a prison-one that holds truths far too dangerous to ever be revealed.

Starting with the aftermath of the Favorite Character Award, Pomni and Jax hit a bump. They were barely 'friends', and he never felt like talking to her, other than the occasional quip. She wasn't stupid though. She knew this was all a facade to keep from getting hurt, and she won't let him push her away this easily.

After the abstraction of Jax's best friend Ribbit, things changed for the worse, and Jax started acting weird once he found a stuffed animal in Ribbit's room. Inspired by Insane AU Contains some funnybunny (Jax x Pomni) content but no NSFW/SMUT! My stories will NEVER contain inappropriate content.

Under waves lies a hidden kingdom. The kingdom of mermaids, who live their lives in fear of worry and concern. However, one mermaid learns that her fate is to be married to the cruel prince of her kingdom, and does not wish to be bound to someone who's rumored to eat his own subjects. Trading her own for legs, she runs away to the surface world, where she stumbles into the life of the notorious Prince Jax. Seeing her as an opportunity to get out of inheriting the throne, he takes he under his care, giving the name Pomni and presenting her as his new fiancee. However, his plan just might backfire on him down the line. And Pomni's presence unknowingly sparks something from both kingdoms that could spell doom for all.

Caine sets up a game where the group is dragged into a dating show, placing everyone into pairs. Jax thinks it's stupid and Pomni just seems awkward. What hijinks will ensure?

He keeps up the mask because it's the only thing holding him together. But the cracks are spreading, the silence never lasts, and sooner or later... something's gonna give. How long can he keep laughing before he breaks for real? And when that happens... will Jax FINALLY see the humanity in everyone and redeem himself, or will he give up and abstract like all the others?

After episode 6, the fight hit Pomni hard. Too hard. She is blaming herself for everything that happened. That she let go too fast off of him, that she actually fought him. She hasnt been coming out of her room since. They all noticed and since then, it has gotten quiter...

When they are arguing, instead of lunging at Jax, Pomni looses it and tries to end it. She didn't think reaching a game over with the intention of it being permanent would lead to anything. Expect it does. Jax learns pretending not to care doesn't mean it's true, and that the circus doesn't function as he'd convinced himself it does. - Cross-posted on AO3 Updates once a week

Jax stared at the photograph of him and Pomni that they took together, tears now streaming down his cheeks, the mask finally slipping. 'SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CARED ABOUT YOU!
