The strange thing about people is that at the sight of them, you don’t think too much about them. They simply appear normal and unimportant; just merely walking, or waiting for the bus, or doing grocery shopping – nothing else beyond the plain verb – maybe not even worth a second thought. People are very much like houses, yes, thank you very much. By which I mean: The outside doesn't really give much away of what's happening on the inside. Deadly little things they are, which can be not so little at times and rather more similar to a ticking time bomb that could wash out whole cities. In case you happen to be wondering; this story is about that one deadly little thing – a secret, which rips apart quite a number of people. Figuratively and literally.

PROLOGUE. (Paul's residence. They can be seen in the living room after they've showered and are eating while watching the t.v. soon they start talking about 'chicks'). Paul-I think it's about time I called her. Mark- Her? Who....(cuts off suddenly) don't tell me (shakes his head) Tom - Impossible. Paul, you never hook up with a girl you met once. Don't tell me.... ( He drawls) you are in love. Paul- (caught off guard) What! Stop babbling. I'm not in love with Ellie. Tom- (very surprised) Christ! So this is how love looks like (points at him) I'm flabbergasted you still remember her name. Mark - yeah, that's what love looks like. I already miss Deb. Paul - seriously (stares at Mark in awe and throws a pillow at him) drooling over some gals. Mark - look who's talking. (Throws the pillow back at him) (In another part of the country, someone is seen on a call) A lady's voice. - (on a call) yes. It will go on smooth. I finally caught his tail. (Smiles thinly).

But there are even more. Faye Ely, for example, even moved to Sweden, where her long time internet friend, Johan Brolin, lives. And well; here’s another perk – already having a friend in a new country! Then you’ll get to make friends with his friends, such as Johan’s band mates, in this case; Jolle, Pete, Jonas and Nikki. Well, isn’t that great? Now, the main reason Faye moves to Sweden – dragging her best friend Kayla Dannell along with her, of course – is because she wasn’t too happy back home. However, life in Sweden isn’t quite the easy-going life she had hoped for. I mean; the boys are lovely, of course. Johan, known as Jaybee, perhaps a bit too lovely towards her, which might be the reason why his girlfriend – or ex, or girlfriend; you have to read on to find out – to put it in a simple way; hates Faye’s guts. And then there’s the thing with the guy living across the hall from Faye and Kayla. Something is definitely up with him. Or so Jaybee thought. Or maybe there really is!
