But when Jesse, Caitlyn, Wally, Rip Hunter, and Ray are captured by the Legion of Doom and Savitar, Central City and the world loses its only sole protectors. To make matters worse, the Legion reveals their sinister plot to rewrite the future with the Spear of Destiny. But the final piece is trapped in the Speed Force, leading to a final confrontation between the Flash, the Reverse-Flash, and Savitar!
