A T&D fanfic I wrote over a decade ago, in my early 20s. A fictional story of how a young Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean became the legendary and iconic "Torvill & Dean".

This is a little one-shot I wrote a couple of years back in honor of U-Day - when everyone should find themselves in an Alliance-Friendly bar. It placed 24th out of 124 (I'll go with top 20%) of Firefly Fanfiction in the ConMan contest over at Inkitt. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Yet Zoe lost her husband to the fight. She might seem alright, but she still misses him like crazy. But what if what has been done can be changed? What if the late Wash is not dead at all, and can be saved? You know Serenity will be right behind him. Leave no crew member behind. Remember in Season 1, when Harries had to remove the baby wobbegong from the kiddie's pool, and he said he was, "waiting on Jane"? You didn't really think a girl named Jayne would come to his rescue and remove the shark for him. They keep meeting as if fate has something to tell them. Then what he wasn't expecting was Jayne to be the new lifeguard that had transferred permanently to Bondi from Surfer's Paradise in Queensland. Everybody says they're like Tarzan and Jane. They're Harries and Jayne. No doubt about that.

A trip to the grocery store. That is all it took for Erin to be whisked away into the world of fame. Moving to a new country, recording an album, and going on tour, they're all just part of what lies in store for her. Stardom is only the beginning...

It can be argued that a laptop is an author's link to the outside world. It is also true that we need transportation in order to effectively engage in the world whether for speaking events or the daily minutia of life.

What if there was one more person on the crew of Serenity? Trinity is a young cook with a few extra skills up her sleeve. So used to keeping her emotions close to chest, how will she react when a certain reader begins to get under her skin? Rewrite of Season 1.
