Jay was doubled over on himself, breathing even heavier than before. And gripped tightly between Kai's bloody white knuckles was the dagger. "Kai..." Cole shook his head, trying to chase away the lightheadedness before it had a chance to settle in. "What did you do...?" On a mission gone wrong, Jay gets stabbed, thrusting Cole and Kai into a desperate scramble to save their friend's life before it's too late.

Zane finds a crying Kai and takes him to Jay and Cole for help on how to comfort him in this new mindset. Cole's dad instincts are helpful.

Most of these are probably just going to be Cole and Jay angst because they're my favorites. Also these were made for mostly my own comfort and stuff.
