This takes place before the Daniel drama wait this is a fan fic so that will never happen. Jay and Daniel are friends it's just... nvm read it then u will too find out.( Btw this is yaoi so read with caution).

In this AU, Daniel never receives a perfect second body. Instead, he arrives at J-high slightly underweight, giving him the same look he had when Sophia trained him. I.e. he was never overweight in this fic to start with, although he was still bullied by Logan and co, just for different reasons. Starting just as he leaves his quiet hometown behind, Daniel avoids that humiliating street fight with Zack. Instead, he befriends both Zack and Mira early on, finding a warmer and more supportive beginning to his new life. Without relying on a flawless "other" body, Daniel learns to stand on his own. He stumbles into a mutual crush with a certain reserved, blond chaebol scion, gets "adopted" by some pretty big names, and gradually gathers a circle of loyal friends around him. Set in the same world but given a gentler twist, this story follows Daniel's journey as he carves out a place for himself-just as he is. With a lot of the focus being on his developing relationship with Jay, and friendships with all the others. Daniel will be getting a lot of protective older brothers in this fic, and I have made it my mission to write a happier life for them all, with Daniel as the center piece.
