For the last two years, two individuals have made themselves very much known, as their descriptions match the only two survivors in a classified government experiment in Texas that sought to give children meta human abilities in order to combat the Russians in the cold war. The experiment failed, and the only two survivors of the tests, known only by their nicknames of 'S' and 'M' have been on the run ever since, leaving behind a trail of expensive cigars and dead bodies.
