This story starts in my home town of San Antonio Texas backstage at the AT&T center by bumping into the most handsomest cowboy I have seen and his name is J.B. Mauney.

Paisley Mauney is the younger sister of 2 time PBR(Professional Bull Riding) World Champion JB Mauney. Not only is she the sister of JB, but she also owns a few of the mighty four legged athletes of the PBR as well. The narrator participates in practice for an upcoming rodeo but gets injured. They wake up in the ​hospital with Hailey by their side, worried about their well-being. The narrator is emotional about the end of their rodeo career, but she encourages them not to give up. They find solace in each other and embrace the future together. They have a movie night, enjoy each other's company, and end the day with a loving goodnight kiss.

​Sammie is preparing for the back half of the rodeo season and aiming to qualify for his 5th ​NFR. His girlfriend, ​Hailey, is also a rodeo competitor and is looking to win her first world title. They are both excited to compete at the ​Pendleton Roundup and the ​Cinch Playoffs. Despite being in pain from a previous injury, Sammie is determined to ride and makes the 18-hour drive with Hailey to ​Oregon. Sammie's injuries cause some doubt, but with Hailey's support, he decides to compete. Sammie has a successful ride on ​Charlie's Angel and wins the ​Pendleton Round-Up with a 91.5-point score. Hailey is proud of his performance, and they celebrate together. Later, Sammie proposes to Hailey, and she happily accepts.
