Hailey Dillion has always been a troubled kid. Always fighting, arguing, getting suspended or expelled. The typical 'bad girl' thing, but things especially got worse when a horrible divorce separated her and the only thing she seemed to care about, her brother, Ricky Dillion. When one last expulsion does it for her mother, she sends Halley to live with her brother so that he can try to get her in line, but that's nearly close to impossible because she hates everything and everyone.
