But when Jean accidentally finds about Y/N's secret life as an author, the two make a contract: 1. Jean and Y/N will date until she finishes her novel 2. In exchange, she must help Jean get closer to her best friend, Mikasa Ackerman 3. There's a minimum of two dates a week (in order to provide plot for the novel, of course) 4. Hand-holding and hugging is okay, kissing or anything else intimate is a big no-no. 5. and the last rule, no falling in love with each other.
