John is a 22-year-old college student who attends a state university in New York. He has always been a bit of a slacker, but his dad has supported him financially up until now. However, his dad recently cut him off for being gay. John is struggling to make ends meet. To pay his bills and afford tuition, he started working at McDonald's a few months ago. One day, while working the drive-thru, a handsome guy around his age comes through. John is immediately struck by his good looks and charm. They chat for a moment, and John feels like he's found a chance for love and a brighter future. He swoops John off his feet, and then drops him, John is left wondering what went wrong and if he'll ever find love and happiness. Cover art, not mine!
