After Penny's best friend Max makes her find out about the rumored killer, she had been completely on edge, keeping a paranoid eye out for any sign of... Him. Obviously, those around her aren't helping and don't even believe a word she says. They begin claiming she's loosing her mind, including her state of sanity. The fact that she had grown up in that town didn't help much, and he wanted her frown to turn upside down. Permanently. Penny, of course fears him and his every move. She despises his physical appearence and swears on her life that he is indeed a monster. Now, is it possible that Penny will fall for him? Or will the infamous Jeff the Killer once again commit an unspeakable crime?
