On a sweltering day, six teenage boys skip school and retreat to their secret spot-a forgotten car in the woods. After a carefree afternoon of jokes and snacks, they unexpectedly fall asleep in the car. When they wake up, they discover a mysterious compass on the dashboard, which they don't remember seeing before. Driven by curiosity, they follow the compass through unfamiliar paths, leading them to a sunlit meadow where a group of girls enjoys a picnic. To their shock, they discover hints that they've somehow traveled back to the summer of 2010.
