The leader, Elphaba the "Wicked Witch" found Hiccup and Toothless and took them to the village to heal them. Hiccup finds more than shelter, he found others like him. Varian, Angel Dust, Elphaba, Luz, Elsa and many more; each with a story, a burden, and a second chance. But when new dangers threaten their home; Hiccup must help the Outcasts unite together or risk losing their only home.
