A short/long story of how one co-worker falls for her best friend. The affection that JJ thought she had with Emily was purely platonic, over time her feelings grew into more. As that took place, JJ had complex feelings after one case s3 ep 17 where that one unsub coudn't come to terms with his sexuality. JJ had a talk with Arron Hotchner, a brief conversation that made JJ realise something. (Show later in the story) So one night JJ took it upon herself to talk to Emily in her apartment, one thing led to another and they kissed. By this time regret and shame flew into JJ thoughts on how she wanted to be the perfect daughter when her sister died.
